This sub-theme will explore the future role of demographic characteristics including Youth, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

a) Youth and employment opportunities with Industrialization

Deliberations will dwell on the critical contribution of the youth in the future of Industrialization as well as the requisite knowledge and professional skills to drive technological advancements and foster entrepreneurship.

b) Mainstreaming disabilities in the Industrialization process

Discussions will focus on future industrialization that is inclusive and accessible to persons with disabilities, including the provision of reasonable accomodations and the elimination of discriminatory practices.

c) Gender sensitive industrialization process

Discussions will focus on a future industrialization that enhances gender inclusivity to promote diversity and unlock untapped potential for innovation, productivity and economic growth.
