This sub-theme will focus on:

a) Positioning Medium and Small Enterprises (MSEs) as a bedrock for Industrialization

Discussions will focus on MSME development as envisioned in the BETA, specifically:

• Access to finance: Providing MSMEs with affordable loans and financial products will stimulate growth and create employment opportunities
• Skills development: Offering training programmes and technical assistance will equip enterpreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and grow their businesses.
• Market access: Connecting MSMEs with local and international markets through trade agreements and market information
